王立恩，男，1992年8月生，博士，讲师，厦门市高层次留学人员。2018年获得上海大学管理学硕士学位后，国家公派到比利时鲁汶大学（KU Leuven），2022年获得鲁汶大学运营管理研究中心商务经济学博士学位。目前在European Journal of Operational Research，IISE Transactions，IEEE Transactions on Fuzzy Systems等期刊上发表10篇论文。担任IEEE Transactions on Fuzzy Systems，IEEE Transactions on Automation Science and Engineering，Quality and Reliability Engineering International等期刊审稿人。
