卢萍，女，副教授，管理学博士，硕士生导师。1983年出生，山东济南人。主要从事医疗大数据分析、智能协商、运筹管理与决策分析等研究。近年来发表学术论文20余篇，多数为SCI/EI收录，获得厦门市科技进步奖二等奖1项（2018年,排名第四），福建省科技进步奖1项(2018年,排名第四)。具有世界500强企业工作经历，曾任职于华为技术有限公司，在委内瑞拉、特多、古巴等国家工作过三年时间。
